WGLoader: Dofus Retro multicontroller with one proxy per account

Updated on 8/19/2026

WGLoader is a multicontroller launcher for Dofus Retro. It allows you to open multiple accounts in parallel on the same computer, giving each its own connection, hardware fingerprint, and profile. It is a tool distinct from the bot: it does not play for you, it isolates your accounts from each other.

The problem it solves

Launching multiple accounts from the same machine leaves common traces: the same network address, the same hardware fingerprint, the same configuration files. Everything that is shared makes it possible to link accounts together.

WGLoader removes these common points. Each account behaves as if it were running on a different machine, with its own connection.

One proxy per account, for all traffic

For each account, you associate a proxy — SOCKS5 or HTTP, with or without credentials. All traffic for this account goes through this proxy: the connection to the game, but also everything the client sends to the Internet.

This is the important point: it's not just about routing the game connection. If the client needs to reach an online service, it does so through the proxy assigned to the account, never through your personal connection.

  • SOCKS5 or HTTP proxy, authenticated or not
  • A distinct proxy per account
  • All account traffic uses its proxy
  • No leaks to the machine's connection

A distinct hardware fingerprint per account

Two accounts launched from the same computer normally present the same hardware fingerprint. WGLoader assigns its own to each, avoiding linking them through this means.

Each account also has an isolated profile: its files, preferences, and session data remain its own, without interference from other open accounts.

Two ways to connect

Client mode launches the real game, with its interface, as if you were opening it normally — but under the isolation described above. This is the default mode, the one that allows you to play.

Lite mode establishes the connection without opening the graphical client. It consumes much less memory, which matters as soon as you exceed a few simultaneous accounts.

Account management

Each account is registered with an alias, its credentials, its server, and possibly its character. Connection can be automatic: at launch, the account joins the desired server and character directly.

Dofus Retro servers are recognized by their name — Boune, Fallanster, Allisteria, Tournoi and their variants — rather than by a numerical identifier.

WGLoader or WGRetro: which one to choose

WGRetro is the complete bot: it plays for you (gathering, combat, dungeons, HDV) and already integrates multicontroller features — proxy per account, hardware fingerprint per session, leader/follower groups. If you want to automate, WGRetro is enough: no need for WGLoader as well.

WGLoader uses the same multicontroller isolation, but without the bot: it is the tool for those who want to play several accounts manually themselves, cleanly separated, without automation.

  • WGRetro: complete bot — automation + multicontroller, proxy and fingerprint per account included
  • WGLoader: the same multicontroller isolation, without bot — for manual play
  • Separate subscriptions, separate downloads

Frequently asked questions

Does WGLoader play for me?

No. It is a multicontroller launcher: it isolates and organizes your accounts, but does not control the character. For automation, WGRetro does both: it plays for you and already manages multicontroller features, proxies, and the hardware fingerprint.

Do I need a proxy per account?

It is not mandatory to launch an account, but that's the whole point of the tool: without a distinct proxy, accounts share the same address and remain linkable to each other. Dofus Retro compatible proxies are sold in the shop.

How many accounts can be launched?

The limit mostly comes from the machine: each open client consumes memory and CPU. Lite mode, without a graphical interface, allows you to run significantly more.

Does the WGRetro subscription give access to WGLoader?

No, both products have separate subscriptions, with their own downloads and updates.

Are updates included?

Yes. The application updates itself: each version is verified by signature before being installed, and in case of a problem, the current version continues to work.
