Dofus Retro fishing bot: automated fishing and job leveling
Updated on 8/19/2026
Fishing is one of the professions best suited for automation: locations are fixed, the action is repetitive, and resources sell well. A bot is much more consistent at it than a player.
A profession built for the loop
Fishing spots never move: once the route is established, the script repeats it endlessly, respecting respawn timers. Unlike combat, nothing unexpected interrupts the cycle.
Your profession level determines which fish are available: you start on the initial riverbanks, then move the route to more profitable areas as the profession levels up.
Profitability and reselling
Fish supply cooking and sell in batches. As with any resource, the price depends on the server and the timing: dumping large volumes all at once crashes the market, so it's better to spread out sales.
Frequently asked questions
Is fishing safer than combat?
The risk of death is practically zero on the starting riverbanks, making the loop very stable. However, monitoring gathering zones remains a topic of its own.
